What is your shipping policy?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

​We have a 10 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy you can return the item. Customer will be responsible for the insured shipping cost.

After 10 days you have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased form InstaRisa Technologies LLC.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material of workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, InstaRisa Technologies LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

InstaRisa Technologies LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using ne or refurbished replacement parts.

How Long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from InstaRisa Technologies LLC is 180 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
