Dr. J. Art Mirelez, Jr.

Cofounder and Chief Clinical Officer

As the Cofounder and Chief Clinical Officer of InstaRisa Dental Technologies, Dr Art. leads the development of digital solutions designed to improve efficiency, predictability, and patient outcomes. Draws from his extensive background in dental practice and a clear vision for the future, positioning InstaRisa at the cutting edge of dental tools and technology.

Graduated from Misch Implant Institute, Dr. Mirelez serves as a Mentor and Clinical Instructor at the Kois Center and is a Fellow of both the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of General Dentistry. Having placed over 16.000 implants to patients as of October 2026, he continues delivering life changer solutions in his Dental Practices and over the world.

Morgan Fischer, RDH

Director of Digital Technology

Brings a diverse clinical and technical background to the world of digital dentistry. With experience as a dental hygienist, chairside restorative and surgical assistant, and in-house lab technician, Morgan has worked extensively with advanced technologies including milling and 3D printing full-arch restorations. Over the past three years at Instarisa, she has specialized in designing full-arch cases in Exocad, integrating facial scan data to enhance precision and esthetics. Morgan is passionate about bridging clinical workflows with digital innovation to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

Amy Morris, RDH

Director of Clinical Education & Systems Integration
