At InstaRisa Technologies LLC, we strive for your satisfaction with our digital dentistry products and services. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and course cancellations for purchases made directly from us within the United States.
Physical Product Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your eligible physical product to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included, ready for resale.

How to Return:
- Contact InstaRisa Customer Support to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.
- Package the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by Customer Support. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Your refund amount depends on the item passing this inspection. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be rejected or subject to additional deductions.

Restocking Fee: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the item's original price (or prorated value for bundles). This fee helps cover processing costs. This fee is disclosed here and will be visible before you complete your purchase. The restocking fee does not apply if the return is due to a confirmed product defect or our shipping error.

Refunds: Approved refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days after successful inspection.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Digital Products: Software (like exocad) and online training modules once accessed, downloaded, or activated.

Services Already Provided: Completed design services, educational courses you've attended (live or on-demand), on-site implementation, and digital conversion services.

Travel Expenses: Any travel costs incurred by InstaRisa for services are non-refundable.

Items Marked "Final Sale" or "As Is".

Items Not Meeting Return Conditions (used, damaged, etc.).
Bundled Products
If you return eligible physical items from a bundle (like a Starter Kit):
- Your refund will be based on the value of the returned items.
- We will deduct the standard price of any non-returned or ineligible items (like accessed training or used services) from the potential refund amount.
- The 25% restocking fee applies to the calculated value of the returned physical items.
Educational Course Cancellations
Need to cancel your registration for an upcoming course? Please notify us in writing. Here’s how refunds/credits work based on when we receive your written cancellation:

More than 2 Months Before Course: 100% credit for a future course (use within 12 months).

1-2 Months Before Course: 50% refund.

2 Weeks - 1 Month Before Course: 25% refund.

Less than 2 Weeks Before Course: No refund or credit.
(Note: This applies to course fees only, not travel or other costs. InstaRisa may cancel courses due to low enrollment, offering a full refund or transfer option.)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact Customer Support within 5 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or correction at our expense, and no restocking fee will apply.
