This immersive, hands-on FP1 course is designed for clinicians seeking mastery of FP1 full-arch diagnosis and treatment planning, surgical execution, prosthetic design, and delivery, with a strong emphasis on Partial Extraction Therapy (PET) as a biologic foundation for predictable esthetic outcomes. Participants will learn how to integrate biologic decision-making, free-handed, guided, and robotic-assisted surgery, and InstaRisa digital prosthetic workflows to deliver FP1 cases efficiently and predictably from start to finish.

Learning Objectives

>Diagnose and treatment plan FP1 cases versus FP2 and FP3 using a structured decision-making framework

>Apply Partial Extraction Therapy principles to preserve hard and soft tissue architecture

>Perform FP1 surgery using free-handed, guided, and robotic-assisted approaches, including flap vs flapless decision-making

>Design FP1 prosthetics using InstaRisa digital workflows and exocad, optimizing emergence profiles, occlusion, and materials

>Coordinate surgical and prosthetic workflows for predictable FP1 delivery

>Improve case acceptance using AI-driven digital presentation tools and communication pearls
